  • We deliver on-site cleaning services at your home or office.
  • Our team brings all necessary cleaning tools, equipment, and cleaning products, unless otherwise discussed during booking.
  • Customers are responsible for providing access to the premises during the agreed time.
  • Please secure pets and valuables before the cleaning session.

3. Booking and Confirmation

To book:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, call, or email.
  2. Provide your location, preferred date and time, and type of cleaning service required.
  3. We will confirm your booking and discuss any necessary preparation.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee to cover operational costs.
  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise during booking.
  • We accept:
    • Cash
    • Online transfer
    • Other methods upon request
  • All pricing is transparent, with no hidden charges. Any additional charges will be communicated before service execution.

6. Service Limitations

  • We strive to deliver the highest quality cleaning; however:
    • Some stains may be permanent and cannot be removed despite best efforts.
    • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to items or property.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unhygienic for our team.

To ensure efficient service, customers should:

  • Provide clear access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Secure valuables and fragile items.
  • Notify us in advance of any special cleaning instructions or areas requiring attention.

Your feedback helps us improve. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service so we can address your concerns promptly.
